Mitchell Zuckoff is the Sumner M. Redstone Professor of Narrative Studies at Boston University. He covered 9/11 for the Boston Globe, and wrote the lead news story on the day of the attacks. Zuckoff is the author of seven previous nonfiction books, including the #1 New York Times bestseller “13 Hours,” which became the basis of the Paramount Pictures movie of the same name. As a member of the Boston Globe Spotlight Team, he was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in investigative reporting and the winner of numerous national awards. I have not listened to this audio because I bought it as a gift for someone else. That being said, please be advised that if you are buying this as a gift for someone please be advised that the big yellow $19.99 price on the front is NOT A STICKER. It is actually printed on the cover, cannot be removed or covered up. For some people this may not matter but when I am giving someone a gift I prefer NOT to have the price printed on the gift.

This is an exciting, well reported, detailed story of men facing incredible odds. It held my interest from beginning to end. At times it's a tad confusing as the real life story jumps back and forth between time frames, but the overall feeling is almost as if one were actually there.

This is a riveting story of survival in the worst conditions imaginable. A story of sacrifice by hero's. This story is a great "read". We highly recommend this book. It will causeyou to hold your breath, cry and cheer.

Book cover and pages aren't facing the correct way. Right side up cover, upside down pages. Disappointing quality!

I've always loved "The Grinch" growing up, so I had to get this for my kiddos this Christmas. I haven't given it to them yet, and I won't be til the night before christmas as their "night before christmas box", but I flipped through the pages already. The book has that nice crisp new book feel where it's almost hard to turn the pages because of how tight the binding is, but I love that. It arrived clean and no scratches or anything on the cover which is always nice!

I ordered this book to read give to my child on Christmas Eve. The actual size of the book is a little larger than other Dr. Seuss books I have but I like the larger size. It is actually the same size as "The Lorax" which I also bought on Amazon but larger than the other 10 or so Dr. Seuss books that my kids have. We really enjoyed reading this book together on Christmas Eve. This is fun story with a good message and great illustrations. My kids were engaged and enjoyed this book. It would also be good for young readers to read themselves. I would definitely recommend this book. It would also make a great gift for a child.

The book is bigger than I thought it would be and the cover is a red shiny metallic color.I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boss. He told us he was a grinch, and we also decorated our office as whoville. Because everything was Grinch themed, I figured his gift should be too. It was also a gift he could share with his children.

I purchased this because we had to leave our other copy behind in Ireland when we moved here this year. I couldn't let a Christmas go by that we didn't read this book, and it has always been one of our favourites. They only thing I wish they would do (and have always wished) is make the pages full colour...it's mostly black and white, and I think it would gain a lot in appearance with some colour...my daughter offered to colour in the Grinch throughout the pages this year, and I think I'm going to let her. It's a good quality copy of the book, with some metallic red and green on the cover, which adds some zing to it...I recommend to anyone who knows the book or has never heard it...it's a classic!

This just came in the mail today and I was so impressed with it! It's got a beautiful, shiny red cover and it looks perfect in every way. I can't wait to start a new Christmas tradition this year of reading this book together as a family. Definitely recommend! Happy customer!

I loved this story growing up. Dr. Seuss is STILL my favorite author and I enjoy reading the books to my 3 year old son. This classic story tells of a grouchy "Grinch" who hates Christmas and what he perceives it to be all about. In the end, he has a change of heart. The rhymes are catchy, the art is beautifully done and the message it sends to readers young and old will be remembered!I ordered this with 2 day shipping and it arrived the very next afternoon, too so kudos to the seller!

Beautiful, large hard back book. It's a lot longer than I remember it being as a child. My two year old really doesn't have the patience for it yet, it may have to wait till next Christmas before she's willing to sit and listen to it.
