I'd rather not give any stars since this title is a complete lie. Dr. Sedi's diet is plant based and more strict than the best vegan diet. If your looking to follow his diet and beliefs this will not assist you. You absolutely can not detox with meat and starches in your diet. This book completely ignores that. Outside of the animal products listed there are still a number of other ingredients that go against his teachings, like carrots, pineapple, oatmeal, and almond milk. It's very clear that this person just wants to make money by using Dr. Sebi's good name.
These recipes use spinach, an acid according to Dr. Sebi; Carrots, a hybrid and not used according to Dr. Sebi and other dietary errors if you want to eat Dr.Debo’s way. They Should not even mention Dr.Sebi at all!

Cute book. But this is not even close to the teachings of Dr. Sebi. This contains adding meat to your diet and items that are not on the Sebi approved list.
Used Dr. Sebi name but doesn't follow his methodology. This book is a fraud. I didn't want to give 1 star...had to..really 0 stars!!
I gave 5 stars because I had no clue where to start and in this book it tells you everything you need to know on how to start your detox it gives you the time in which you should consume your meals and shakes
This book gives false info,the recipes are not alkaline.certain foods have been removed from Dr.Sebi list.need to revised your book.
